Dahlton is nothing less than a force of nature in the events
and incentive industry. Dahlton delivers years of high level
experience planning and executing meetings and incentives,
thought leadership and incentive advocacy. She believes that
together we create and execute successful meetings and
incentives that motivate, educate and inspire.

Barbara joined the company in early 2010 and has developed a large and loyal roster of clients that rely on her years of event management experience. Barbara spearheads the creative direction for her groups by diligently seeking the best and most cost effective options and she does so with dedication, attention to detail and grace. Raised in Miami, Barbara is fluent in both English and Spanish, Barbara is a founding and important member of our team.

Lauren joined us from the planning side of the business so her perspective and instincts for our clients are tailored for impact, budget and messaging. With a heart of gold and genuine enthusiasm Lauren is a key asset on the team.

Jennifer’s secret sauce is long term hotel experience that makes her a key client asset in planning events. She is passionate about matching customers with their needs and desires through their events. A Miami girl to the core, she speaks English and Spanish, has a degree in Hospitality Management and the drive to create long term relationships through memorable programs.

Between her southern hospitality and her knack for picking up on client needs, Katie has quickly become a trusted asset to the COTC family. Katie brings over six years of DMC experience, carries the industries highest designation of Destination Management Certified Professional (DMCP) and has the drive, energy, and heart to take programs through to the finish line every time. When she’s not taking care of her clients, Katie is a devoted dog foster mom and animal rescue volunteer.

Tina Boris Lafferty has been with the COTC team since 2010. Fluent in Spanish and a native Floridian, she knows our destination inside and out. Tina has spent her career in DMC services flawlessly managing and executing on-site events. Tina also focuses on business development to ensure COTC stays relevant in the ever-changing event market. When she’s not on-site supporting our clients, you can find her supporting her two daughters and their many interests or doing circuit training at the gym.

Tracy is a South Florida native with extensive knowledge of tours, activities, restaurants and off property venues from Palm Beach to Miami. Throughout her career, Tracy has helped create branding programs for various companies and strives to exceed client expectations all while keeping a smile on her face.

A graduate of the Hospitality School at UF and a homegrown Floridian, Marissa brings a surplus of knowledge and experience about the Sunshine State. Her background in meetings makes her a logistical guru. Her jovial and creative ways in finding solutions while remaining calm is what makes her a true resource to our team. When she isn’t on-site at events you can find her at Riverside Market or at home watching Netflix with her golden retriever Oliver.

Jennifer’s sensible attitude comes from her extensive knowledge of South Florida’s event market. Her commitment to the events industry is demonstrated every day as she creates programs that showcase the beauty of our destination. Work is not the only game she’s dedicated to. As an ultimate sports lover, she can be found cheering on all of her favorite NFL and NBA teams.

A Florida native with a degree in Hospitality and Event Management, Rachel started her career in events for non-profits. COTC recruited this kindred spirit with amazing creative abilities to envision unique programs for our clients. Her creativity doesn’t stop when the work day ends. In her free time she enjoys crafting and baking.

A transplant from Philadelphia, Karlie brings her northern grit to the COTC team. A member of the hospitality industry since her teens, Karlie has immense customer service experience including managing logistics at the 2018 Democratic National Convention and many city-wide conferences. Karlie uses her creativity, humor, and ‘get it done’ attitude to elevate and motivate our team. When she’s not designing innovative event concepts, you can find her swimming laps at the pool or catching rays on the beach.

Ron was drafted into service when the business started in the family living room. Now, years later, he manages the in house production, warehouse and staff. He has been a photographer his entire life and his shots are the secret to our colorful newsletters.
