Director of Operations
Charlene Liu is the operations and logistical expert for turning unique event concepts into reality by managing the schedules and manifests and coordinating every last detail with vendors, venues and staff. Charlene is from the University of Florida with a degree in Recreation, Parks and Tourism and a specialization in Hospitality Management. Combined with great customer service and several years of event planning experience, clients are in the best hands with Charlene!
A graduate of The University of Tampa with work experience in large New York City firms, Perri’s keen eye for style and color is a critical asset in designing unique and beautiful client events.
Deidre has filled passports traveling worldwide to produce special events and general sessions for top corporate clients. Keenly attuned to the messaging when developing unique theme treatments, she excels in flawlessly blending the creative vision with logistic reality and the budget parameters of each individual client. Management responsibilities include all staffing, supply chains, shipping, timelines, labor calls, and on-site execution.
Director of Destination Services
Tina Boris-Lafferty, CMP has spent her career leading departments in the research and development of new venues, tours and restaurants, negotiating and executing contracts, hiring and managing travel staff and operating every type and size of program. Fluent in English and Spanish and a native Floridian, she knows our destination inside and out.

Brittany is a graduate of Nova University and brings her analytical and research skills to the benefit of our clients with her dedication to finding new and interesting venues, restaurants and activities.
Barbara joined the company as an Account Manager and brings years of event management experience to the benefit of our clients. She spearheads the creative direction for her groups by diligently seeking the best and most cost effective options for client programs and does so with dedication, attention to detail and grace. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Barbara holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Florida International University with a minor in hospitality management.
