We had a fantastic experience creating a custom CSR project to benefit a local employment center.

Each of the 17 participating teams received two non-adjacent sections of a large mural to paint. Teams had to find and then work with other teams to create congruent paint shades. Members of each teams took different roles

including scouting, provisioning, mixing painting colors and actual painting.

The final mural was a mystery until the very end when teams placed their canvases into the final work of art. It was challenging, fun,

emotional and rewarding.
