COTC has run corporate programs in South Florida since 2009, 17 years in one market, no states to spread ourselves across in between. Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and the Palm Beaches. That’s it.
Each one plays a different role for a program. Miami runs on energy and culture. Fort Lauderdale is waterfront and walkability, with restaurants and marinas close enough to walk the group between them. In the Palm Beaches, the focus shifts toward luxury and exclusivity, resorts built for VIP groups and concierge service that starts before anyone lands. We know all three well enough to tell a planner which one fits before the RFP even gets written.
